The Comfort Plan
- A most favourable and comprehensive plan. Annual maintenance, annual extension of the warranty, a technician on call during emergencies (also in the evenings and weekends), and all costs and parts included. Real assurance. Not happy with the plan? This can be cancelled monthly.

Terms
- in the first year warranty fees and batteries are included.
- If you have been using the stairlift for longer than 1 month, please contact us so we can discuss the option of subscribing to the Comfort Plan.
- You can always terminate your monthly subscription, no notification period required.
- After 12 months of subscribing to the Comfort Pan, your stairlift will be inspected and serviced.
- A malfunction is defined as a defect that is preventing the stairlift from going up or down the stairs.
- User errors are excluded.
